Exactly what we experienced 2 months ago at Oba Anambra State. They migrated us to Band A stating we always have regular power supply which is not true. Recharging 1000 Naira gives 4.4units instead of 13.90 we have always had.Thank God for the people of Oba, we didn't take it easy on them at their office. Power supply isn't regular and we were migrated to Band A. In Conclusion, the tariff plan is back to normal and we are happy.

She is right. I live in Lekki and my area is supposedly on Band B but we can go for four (yes, 4!) days without power. The interesting thing is, we were getting a minimum of 16hrs each day prior to the introduction of the so-called bands. It is beyond ridiculous.

I live in the uk and been to few other European countries but I have never seen where a country will have band A and other bands of electricity for it customers or citizens , it’s shocking and Nigerians are the ones to blame themselves for accepting this rubbish , we accept too much trash from donkeys in power.

Nothing but the truth! I work in a medium sized company in the East where we're placed in same Band A. We are to have a minimum of 20 hrs of electricity supply as we have both morning and night production shifts. We also pay EEDC now TRANSPOWER about #400k bribe monthly to supply us this energy apart from the bill of about #2.5m. At the end we barely have 8 hrs - 4 by the day and about 4 by night from 11pm - 2 or 3am. They would come up with one flimsy excuse or the other - problem at transmission station at Alaojii in Aba, this and that! Just on Thursday last week, the officials came threatening to cut off our lights if we don't March bill by Tuesday, today! If you understand that Nigeria itself is a huge fraud, you won't get bothered by anything that happens here!

That’s how they keep deceiving you people , a two bedroom flat has average of £70 bill monthly , steady power in central city . In ikoyi with no electricity you are lucky if your bill is less than N800k per month . A Country with 70k minimum wage .

What do you expect from a conman who is even more an alleged stakeholder in rhe sector. Tariffs have been madly increased but no electricity of course with such enormous amounts whether thet supply electricity for couple of hours they are already in profit
